First off, the stories were great and so was the overarching story! It was a wonderful introduction to the young Batgirl and while we didn't learn her whole story until the end of the comic bindup (for *reasons*), I never felt out of the loop or disconnected from the characters.
Speaking of the characters, they were amazing as well! They were young and fresh, only my age and I could relate to them. All of the characters had such individual personalities and were just so darn lovable! However, I must say, there's a special place in my heart for the very grumpy Dinah Lance. (Yeesh! What is it with me and sour characters? first Pomeline in Gotham Academy, now Dinah? I'm not a sour person so why do I like them so much? I guess opposites do attract...)
The art was great! It was a more youthful, modern, American style, with a bright color palette. The art totally fit the youthful vibe of the story very well and it really helped me get into the comic!
So obviously I have fallen head over heals for Batgirl! I had exactly zero problems with the comic and would recommend it to readers of all ages!
